We are a family owned and operated ATA martial arts school, and have lived in and practiced martial arts in Fort Collins for over 15 years. We are members of ATA Region 109 which includes more than 40 schools through out Colorado, Western Kansas, and New Mexico.
The American Taekwondo Association (ATA) is the premier North American organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of Taekwondo, and is the founding organization of other international affiliates that include the World Traditional Taekwondo Union (WTTU) and the Songahm Taekwondo Federation (STF). Counting both the U.S. and worldwide, the ATA organizations oversee over 1,500 schools and clubs, with over 300,000 members.
The purpose of ATA Family Martial Arts is to provide students the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment! Our instructors combine excellent student instructor ratios with time proven techniques and results. This approach has helped establish ATA schools as the leaders in the martial arts industry. Each instructor is a graduate of an instructor program that represents more than thirty years of research and development. Our instructors will be with you every step of the way to help you reach your individual goals (and maybe even reach some new goals you never before thought possible).
To meet your goals, ATA Family Martial Arts offers three comprehensive and unique programs for students of all ages:
- Tiny Tigers, (ages 4-6)
- Karate Kids (ages 7-12)
- Teens & Adults (ages 13 & up)
We also offer Protech weapons training, Olympic and tournament style sparring classes, self defense courses, advanced kicking techniques classes, and several other programs.
To complement your training and provide a unique opportunity to meet other ATA students, the Colorado ATA sponsors four regional tournaments each year where interested students can participate to compare their skills and abilities with the best in the region. The ATA also sponsors two National Tournaments (Spring and Fall), and the Summer World Championships in Little Rock, Arkansas.
