This program develops life skills in students and prepares them for the future leadership roles.  We feel that this is the most beneficial program for our students.  The students will work on their presentation and communication skills that will benefit the student for the rest of their life.

The following are included in the Leadership Program:

• Eligibility to test for Level-1 Instructor Trainee certification.
• Weekly leadership classes.  These classes include philosophy, development of leadership skills, life skills, history, curriculum and physical development.
• Accelerated training including “double weapons” and advanced kicking.

• Eligibility to earn points for the title of STATE and WORLD CHAMPION!!

• Eligible for Regional Leadership Classes and Camps.

• “Life Skills” Classes and Training.

• May purchase R/W/B Collar (ages 6-15) or Red Collar (Ages 16 & up ) Uniform with name.

  Requirements:

   

  • Two Year Contract

  • Current ATA and School Membership

  • Demonstrate all forms and one-steps/sparring segments to respective rank

  • Instructor's approval
    • Complete Instruction Trainee School Application Form

    • Review Application with Instructor

    • Complete Youth Protection Waiver  (Ages 16 & up)
    • ATA Back Ground Check (Ages 16 & up)

    

   

  Responsibilities:

   

  • Maintain rank progression

  • Maintain high standards of conduct inside and out side of class

  • Demonstrate "Black Belt Attitude"

  • Attend weekly "Leadership" classes
  • Assist in lower ranked classes with Instructor's approval
  • Represent and support the school with consistent tournament participation
