Black Belt Club
The "Black Belt Club" is a program developed by the American Taekwondo Association. It represents the highest level of our "Success through Goal Setting" philosophy. "Black Belt Club" members are those individuals who have set their goal at "Black Belt." Students are eligible to join the "Black Belt Club" with instructor approval.
A "Black Belt Club" patch is worn on the left sleeve of the uniform to remind them of their goal every time they put on their uniform. However the "Black Belt Club" is much more than just a patch.
"Black Belt Club" members may attend up to four classes per week. All "Black Belt Club" members are encouraged to participate in weekly "Black Belt Club" workouts. These exciting workouts offer training in Protech weapon and empty hand skills, Olympic Style Sparring, board breaking, sparring, and much more! These special classes will not only make you a better martial artist, but will also prepare you for the courses taught at the "Black Belt" level.
This program includes:
• Weekly "Black Belt Club" and Sparring Class
• Single Weapons Training
• Advanced Self Defense Training
• ATA Black Belt Club Manual. This contains all of the colored belt material that you will need to know to test for your Black Belt.
• "Black Belt Club" Patch
• Special "Black Belt Club" Belts, (the student's colored belts are decorated with black and gold stripes.) This demonstrates the student's personal commitment to obtain their "Black Belt".
There are four Black Belt Club packages tailored to most student’s needs; including BBC “Light”, the BBC “Weapons Package”, the BBC “Sparring Package”, and the BBC “Ultimate Package”. All packages except BBC Light include an embroidered “Black Belt” with the student’s name. The student’s “Black Belt” will be displayed at the school as an additional incentive and reminder of the student’s goal!
With the "Black Belt Club", we offer a 20% discount for a second family member. We also offer a "family membership" where the 3rd and 4th family members are free!
